   Location:   CLEVELAND, OH   
   Duration :  6 months contract   
      
   JD:    
      
   - Work directly with Business/Customers, advising on solutions for Oracle HRMS   
   R12 environment and resolving complex and mission-critical requirements -   
   Experience working with Acquisition and Divestiture HCM projects is add-on -   
   Should have in depth    
   knowledge of Oracle core HR, SSHR and Oracle Payroll modules.- In-depth and   
   detailed knowledge of user/functional environment, and Oracle HCM system-   
   Worked on Oracle HCM CEMLI/RICEW components in at least 2 projects either   
   support or implementation.-    
   Understand the ITMS Process and Separation/Divestiture HCM Project model.-   
   Manage critical, high priority business/customer requirements - Serve as   
   Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues- The ability to plan and organize   
   numerous tasks in parallel    
   and deliver within agreed time scales- To give guidance through various forms   
   to the user community on the best use of existing business processes and   
   suggest new functionalities- Ability to design and develop Oracle BI Publisher   
   reports and develop &    
   maintain custom interfaces/integrations - Implement standard HR policies and   
   processes into Oracle HCM modules- Design solutions and provide options to   
   best meet business requirements- Prepare Oracle HRMs environment for   
   Divestiture, able to handle    
   integration testing with internal and third party systems- Provide expert   
   advice and guidance to the functional users- Act as a liaison between IT and   
   functional areas for technical requirements, acts as a Business Analyst at   
   times- Training material    
   preparation and maintenance - Maintain and update end-user & procedure system   
   documentation where applicableCreation/review of Knowledge Articles and   
   maintain knowledge repository- Very good communication skills and ability to   
   convey the right    
   information to the right individuals
