An ideal candidate should have experience in the       following with the top 3 below critical.       • Should have lead level experience managing a team of developers       and comfortable in hands on.       • The AEM - Adobe Experience Manager needs to understand       administration on the product, including creating users, giving authorization       and security levels, as well as support the platform. This is a heavily       customized application.
