   Key Responsibilities   
      
   Serve as the subject matter expert supporting Medical Affairs   
      
   Collaborate with the business team, and vendors to deliver high-quality and   
   innovative solutions that meet the business needs   
      
   Own and advise on business processes, systems, and documentation   
      
   Should understand the integrations well and work with the support teams for   
   any issues.   
      
   Supports the team in developing best practices, documentation templates and   
   workflows to optimize delivery   
      
      
   Required Skills   
      
   Experience in Life Science or Pharma Domain   
      
   Knowledge/hands-on experience with IRMS for medical inquiry intake and   
   fulfillment; else, knowledge of similar Medical Information system   
      
   Very strong communication skills with the ability to drive and collaborate   
   with stakeholders.   
      
   Good understanding of applications used in the business areas such as   
   Salesforce and Veeva including Vault   
      
   Ability to proactively plan, organize, deliver with limited oversight,   
   prioritize, and quickly adapt to changing situations   
      
   Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high degree of   
   self-motivation and ability to work independently   
      
   Desired Skills:   
      
   GxP validation and compliance experience is a plus
