   •         Experience in PPDS Implementation   
      
   •         Resource should have Pharma background.   
      
   •         Triage and analyze the issues raised by business users    
      
   •          Identify any workaround solution for any issue requiring   
   immediate resolution    
      
   •          Carry out required configuration activities for bug fixes    
      
   •          Coordinate with the technical team (ABAP) to ensure the required   
   technical work is completed for incident resolution    
      
   •          Perform the required testing for incidents upon completion of   
   resolution activities    
      
   •          Provide status update to Client on all incidents assigned to   
   him/her    
      
   •          Train the users and provide support if needed
