   4. Performance tuning related to Database and other layers affecting the   
   general performance of the applications.   
   5. Proactive Monitoring related to CPU, IO and memory performance/ Tuning SQL   
   and memory

   7. DB links setup and troubleshooting   
   8. Application releases support and troubleshooting issues. Identifying the   
   areas of Automation for easier monitoring and value add.   
   9. Procedure creation and troubleshooting the PL/SQL codes   
   10. Have extensively worked on Windows server for oracle and MS-SQL databases   
   11. Monitoring the Usage of Indexes, Segment Space Management and   
   re-organizing/indexes after shutdowns   
   12. Generating Health Check reports, performing de-fragmentation activities.   
   13. Troubleshooting the incoming and outgoing files failure logs  from / to   
   external vendors and vice versa.   
   14. Maintaining scripting standards and  Monitoring the logs and flow.   
   15. Experience is Monitoring, Maintaining and Job scheduling for Primary /   
   Disaster Recovery environments.   
   16. Co-ordination and supporting all testing tasks and suggesting best   
   approach based on the performance and tuning.   
   17. To raise CR/GRS/PM tickets based on the severity of the tasks and liaise   
   with respective Regional teams for approvals   
   18. Initiate refresh/perform Post sanity configuration/checks after every   
   refresh of production data to UAT Environments and apply the respective Data   
   masking to maintain the audit compliance.   
   19. Checking alert log files and to make necessary actions to rectify them.   
   20. Automating jobs using SQL Query and have detail knowledge of metadata   
   21. Ready to support after office hrs. as On-call   
   22. Able to provide support/coordinate with offshore team
