   ROLE :QA Lead   
      
   Location: 100% remote for now - Hartford CT after Covid – looking for local   
   to CT or in northeast area – must sit onsite in Hartford   
      
       
      
   Position Description:   
      
   Platform Quality Assurance Lead (QA Lead) works collaboratively with various   
   program teams across the Platform. This role provides QA delivery on Platform   
   development initiatives along with regression of environments after code   
   deployment and enterprise    
   path alignment.    
      
   Client: CVS   
      
   Duration: 6m-1 year( must be hire eligible, will have head count eventually)   
      
   Start Date: Mid to late February   
      
   Interview Process/Times: 2 rounds of interviews with three members of hiring   
   team   
      
   Must Haves / Notes from Manager:   
      
   Required Qualifications:    
      
       
      
   Lead multiple program implementations in a platform Test Lead capacity   
   collaborating with Salesforce internal developers and integration partners.    
      
   Responsible for creating Test artifacts including Test Strategy, Test   
   Execution Status Reports, and Defect Reports on platform development.    
      
   Translating platform requirements to test cases and test scripts    
      
   Lead internal defect triage calls    
      
   Assist QA programs team with QA planning as needed    
      
   Maintain and communicate QA metrics to internal application teams and   
   stakeholders via status/metrics reports    
      
   Interact, communicate and follow through with development & customer teams   
   throughout testing phase    
      
   Understanding of test automation framework design models and best practices
