   Position Description   
      
   Informatica Developer to join our growing team supporting insurance clients   
   through end to end solution offerings and professional services.   
      
   The successful candidate must possess expert knowledge of Informatica   
   PowerCenter and other related components and be skilled in technical design,   
   development, implementation and support of data applications.   
      
   The candidate must be able to lead agile development efforts while working in   
   a cross-functional environment involving interaction with representatives, and   
   our end-clients. The Informatica Developer will work at various / clients   
   consulting and    
   executing various Informatica initiatives.   
      
       
      
       
      
   Your future duties and responsibilities   
      
   • Ability to define, design, develop and support data applications •   
   Ability to lead development coordinating with offshore team.   
      
   • Participate in technical detailed design discussions • Develop logical   
   and physical data models and create data dictionaries • Analyze, customize,   
   and manage ETL processes based on requirements • Analyze complex data sets   
   and define enhancement    
   requirements • Define Data Requirements based on business requirements   
   through understanding of specific data elements, relationships, domains, and   
   dependencies across various data models • Understand and translate existing   
   data mappings into    
   Informatica mappings • Quality check and resolve issues with mappings,   
   workflows, and sessions • Support performance tuning impacting large volumes   
   of data   
      
       
      
       
      
   Required qualifications to be successful in this role • Informatica   
   PowerCenter and related components expertise • Understanding of dimensional   
   modeling, data warehousing and RDBMS best practices and techniques • Ability   
   to write and execute SQL    
   statements against relational databases experienced in MS SQL Server and   
   Oracle.   
      
   • Ability to facilitate data design and definition sessions with key   
   stakeholders driving to solutions • Experience executing in Agile projects
