The person will       act like a true consultant and invest time to understand customer       requirements, perform due analysis,        compare the CRM solutions offerings against the requirements, come up with       solution recommendations, implementation plan and implements the solution. The       person should be an excellent team player with customer first mindset.                             Your future duties and responsibilities:              • Leading sessions to understand customer CRM needs, come up with solution       recommendations, solution design, cost estimates, implements the solution and       provide support              • Follow the agile/scrum methodology to manage the projects              • Create standard offerings on the CRM solutions and work with customer to       explain the benefits to them              • Ability to articulate and communicate complex problems in a simple,       logical and impactful manner.              • Able to address and map complex business processes and technology       challenges in relation to implementation of CRM technologies.              • Display attention to detail in executing, reviewing the quality standards       and coach team members on the implementation journey.                             Required qualifications to be successful in this role:              Minimum Degree Required:              Bachelor Degree in business administration or equivalent                             Minimum Years of Experience:              At least 5+ year(s) of CRM solution evaluation/solution/implementation       experience              At least 8+ year(s) of overall IT experience.
