   Interview: 2 rounds—1 from CAPG, 1 from the client and   
      
   JD:   
      
   Tableau dev to build dashboards sources. consolidating and bringing data into   
   one place.   
      
   Solid experience in  tableau dev. can work without help, security levels, ETL   
   Expressions, and good "presentation" skills- design and visualizations. some   
   guidance, but design is very important.

   JD for Cognos Developer:   
      
     5+ years of Business Intelligence Experience using Cognos and   
      
     Cognos Version 11+   
      
     Should be able to work independently.
