   Summary   
      
   Lead DevOps Engineer is tasked with the management and development of   
   continuous integration and deployment solutions for production applications   
   across various sites/software. The Lead role spearheads the creation of new   
   technology infrastructures and    
   maintains configuration management and automation tools. The Lead DevOps   
   Engineer conducts training for Junior DevOps engineers on how to build   
   processes where dependencies are represented clearly in code. The Lead DevOps   
   Engineer plays an operational    
   role by troubleshooting issues in development systems and is also responsible   
   for the architecture and technical leadership of the entire DevOps   
   infrastructure. The Lead role enables the automation of configuration   
   management of all development, quality    
   assurance, and production servers as well as the automation of continuous   
   integration and continuous delivery.

   Work with development teams to design & facilitate implementation of solutions   
   to maximize software delivery performance.  Work with the development teams to   
   ensure alignment of development needs and timelines with infrastructure   
   capacity and    
   capabilities in the cloud.  Plan, manage and provide systems infrastructure   
   and application support in the cloud.  Evaluate solution options and make buy   
   vs. build recommendations.  Develop and implement DevOps operational best   
   practices while    
   maintaining agility.  Ability to take ownership of and keep environments up   
   and running.  Provide strategy for building DevOps pipeline.   
      
       
      
       
      
   Specific Experience/Education/Certification Requirements (Knowledge &   
   Experience; Qualifications):   
      
   5+ years’ experience as a DevOps Lead   
      
   Exposure to tool set: Github, GithubAction, Magento, PHP, Ansible, Terraform,    
   New Relic, Rigor, Static Code Analyzer, etc.   
      
   Strong experience liaising with software developers and engineers, including   
   fostering best practices around scalability, security, and cost management   
      
   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering and 10 years   
   demonstrated work experience or an equivalent combination of related training   
   and experience
