   Technical Project Manager   
   Duration: 6-12 Months – Long Term   
   Location: NY & NJ – Hybrid (3 days onsite)   
      
   We are looking for a senior Technical project manager that will work with   
   multiple cross-functional areas to manage deliverables required to implement   
   and maintain customer Health’s line(s) of business. The senior project   
   manager will work with a wide    
   variety of teams across the company to help implement projects and facilitate   
   change, ensuring products, services and partnerships are delivered on-time,   
   within budget and meet the requirements. This role will lead initiatives from   
   start to finish,    
   identifying success metrics and providing status updates to senior leadership.   
      
   Responsibilities   
   Success in this role will be supported by the candidate’s ability to   
   collaborate, take initiative, and build relationships with teammates in   
   different roles across the business. This role requires curiosity and capacity   
   to learn in a fast -paced    
   environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to adapt,   
   take independent initiative, and drive projects to completion.   
      
   ● Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on   
   projects that facilitate innovation, productivity, delivery, and scale.   
   ● Manage key project risks and issues, including appropriate escalation to   
   leadership as needed.   
   ● Ensure consistency, efficiency, quality, and integrity in all projects and   
   output.   
   ● Working collaboratively with the appropriate business and/or team leads to   
   track implementation (including testing, deployment, sign-off of   
   documentation, etc.) of requirements.   
   ● Develop and own project plans, timelines, risk assessments,    
   ommunications, and cost-benefit analyses for new projects.   
   ● Identify and track project metrics to determine levels of project   
   effectiveness.   
   ● Provide ongoing updates regarding project status, throughout the   
   organization, including with senior leadership.   
   ● Assist with business operations as needed.   
      
   Job Requirements   
   ● Strong analytical skills with 3-5 years of project management experience.   
   ● 3+ years’ experience with Jira and Confluence project management   
   software.   
   ● 2+ years leading stand-ups and SCRUM preferred   
   ● 3+ years of experience in Jira and confluence required.   
   ● 2+ years of experience in AWS Cloud stack required.   
   ● Previous success in leading projects in complex business process   
   environments.   
   ● Proven ability to multitask effectively and see projects through from   
   inception to completion.   
   ● Experience working collaboratively with both business users and technical   
   teams.   
   ● Experience working with different types of technical teams preferred.   
   ● Expertise in relevant business software (Excel, PPT, Word, GSuite) is   
   required.   
   ● Experience in healthcare projects is must.
