   Job Description    
      
   This position will be responsible for executing and reporting on manual test   
   cases.    
      
   Test cases will be for iOS and Android mobile applications including an iOS   
   Parent app, an iOS Child app, an Android Parent app, and an Android Child app.    
      
   Testers will report their results to the lead engineer who will work with the   
   tester to gather more information, report any issues in a Jira system, execute   
   testing again as fixes are made, and report and summarize the testing progress   
   including passed/   
   failed count, frequency of occurrence, etc.    
      
   Testers will be required to provide logs and details of their results to the   
   lead engineer and development teams for traceability.    
      
   Testers should validate candidate updates, usability enhancements (UX/UI   
   matches the requirements), and release notes to provide a preliminary read out   
   of the issue being faced.    
      
   Validation also includes and is not limited to Sanity Testing, performance   
   testing, stress and corner test case testing, firmware device testing and full   
   regression testing.    
      
        
      
   Job Responsibilities    
      
   Experience running manual test cases and reporting results.    
      
   Experience creating test plans and test requirements.    
      
   Experience using iPhone, Android devices and family applications (paired   
   applications used by Parents and Children).    
      
   Strong experience working in a high-tech industry for families with children   
   that need to meet COPPA regulations.    
      
   Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, JIRA, Figma    
      
   General understanding of mobile OS permissions and capabilities    
      
   Understanding of similar market products and their user interface    
      
   Experience in collecting, reviewing, and debugging device logs, application   
   logs, sideloading apps, and TestFlight/Beta access.    
      
   Review, analyze, and respond to customer feedback in Google Play Store
