   ABINGDON, Va. (WJHL) -- UPDATE - Washington County, Virginia 911 has   
   restored to normal operations after an interruption on Thursday night   
   prevented the service from receiving calls from cell phones.   
      
   According to a release, the dispatch center is now back to normal operations.
