   A similar case decided over a missed text message did not obtain   
   Article III standing. That case is Salcedo v. Hanna.   
      
   TCPA World (https://tcpaworld.com/) hates folks like Andrew Perrong   
   and Craig Cunningham. The site always has snide comments about them   
   and their lawsuits.
