   ALBANY - A 26-year-old woman has filed a federal lawsuit against the   
   city of Albany and three officers who allegedly failed to come to her   
   aid after her friend called 911 and warned police that she was being   
   held in an apartment by a knife-wielding man. After the officers left   
   the scene without checking on her, the assailant raped her.
