   The new Supreme Court Term is underway and for the second straight   
   Term, and second time in 2020, the Court will address a Telephone   
   Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) question. On December 8, 2020, the   
   Justices will hear argument in the case of Facebook v. Duguid, which   
   is expected to resolve a widening Circuit split regarding the   
   definition of an automatic telephone dialing system.
