   The outage was reported by Bellevue Fire around 6:40 a.m. on Friday.

   BELLEVUE, Wash. -- As many as 32,000 homes in Bellevue were affected   
   by a 911 landline outage Friday morning.   
      
   The Bellevue Fire Department first reported the outage just before   
   6:40 a.m. Service was restored to customers around 10:45 a.m.   
      
   CenturyLink reported the outage was due to "an equipment issue."
