   A man in the Jordan area wound up getting robbed, after allowing his   
   neighbor to use his phone. Law enforcement arrested 21-year-old Seth   
   Michael Tilley Monday for the incident, which occurred last month.   
      
   Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery says Tilley allegedly went to   
   his neighbor's house Feb. 15 and asked to use the phone to call for a   
   ride. Tilley had to leave a message for a relative to call him back,   
   and the neighbor agreed to let him wait inside his house for the   
   return call.
