   1. I thought Centurylink wa the ilec in Louisiana. Where does At&T fit in?   
      
   2. CAF II confuses me: I thought that was settled a while back. What   
      does "CAF II eligible" mean?   
      
   3. Likewise, "Tech remote-area CB's:" what are they?
