   I think so. You might also look at the $20 and $25 plans from Tracfone   
   which also uses Verizon, and from Ting which will send you a Verizon SIM   
   if you ask for one using the online chat on their web site.

   Stick a SIM in it and see how it works. It's a nice 2017 vintage phone.
