From: malQRMassimilation@gmail.com              by Angelica Rankins              On June 14, 2022, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals (Third Circuit)       issued a significant decision regarding the TCPA's restrictions ... on       using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) definition to make       calls or texts to cellphones without prior express consent. In       Panzarella v. Navient Solutions, Inc, a divided panel of the Third       Circuit held that merely using a system with the capacity to be an       ATDS to send the challenged text or message is not enough to establish       a violation.              https://tinyurl.com/cs47532y              --       (Please remove QRM from my email address to write to me directly)              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
