   It took me almost an hour to find and copy even a tiny sliver of the   
   material on this website from the State of Washington. It was the only   
   even-remotely-current thing I could find about Centurylink's history   
   with 911 outages.   
      
   If you are able, please send me some pointers to sites which have   
   plain-language, accessible explanations of Centurylink's 911 service   
   failures.
