       On December 23, 2022, FCC Chairwoman Rosenworcel named six members   
       of the Board of Directors of the Universal Service Administrative   
       Company (USAC) in a Public Notice (DA 22-1365.   
      
       On December 5, 2022, the FCC issued an Order (DA 22-92) appointing   
       the Honorable Burt Cohen to serve as the State Consumer Advocate   
       representative on the Federal-State Joint Board on Universal   
       Service.
