   I would suggest that you try CC with your wife.  They offer a discount   
   if you have two lines with them on the same bill.  I had CC at one   
   point, with two other family members on the plan.  You can port your   
   same phone number over to them.  CC works off of either AT&T or T-Mobile   
   network.   
      
   The only reason I switched from CC, was because it cost me about $20/mo   
   for their basic plan, and I found a T-Mobile plan that only bills me 10   
   cents/minute, and nothing more.  I primarily use my land line, so this   
   worked out to a cell bill that costs me under $5/mo, on average.
