   T-Mobile’s President of Technology Neville Ray penned a blog today,   
   imploring Congress to quickly renew the auction authority of the   
   Federal Communications Commission (FCC).   
      
   In March Congress let the FCC’s authority to auction the nation’s   
   spectrum expire.
