   The T-Mobile data breach exposed customers’ names, birthdates,   
   addresses, Social Security numbers, contact information, government   
   IDs and T-Mobile accounts PINs.   
      
   T-Mobile says the data breach occurred between February and March;   
   however, it chose not to disclose how it happened and maintained that   
   no personal financial information or call records were exposed.
