   I've written tutorials on how to REMOVE PDF restrictions, but I never   
   thought about *adding* PDF restrictions, such as password protection.   
      
   So I've added to the chart of things people want to do with a PDF:   
   [x] Offline encrypt PDF with a password (pdfencrypt)
