a typo in C++11

   I think I saw a typo in C++11 standard:   
      
   In 27.5.5.3-16.4:   
      
   calls exceptions(rhs.except()).   
      
   should probably be   
      
   calls exceptions(rhs.exceptions()).   
      
   Funny, I think it was copied (with incomplete fix!) back from C++03.   
      
   Where should it be reported?
