   This is indeed a nice approach. Unfortunately, not all compilers respect this   
   ODR-usage of PrintingYou::pm (with the corresponding consequences) when   
   PrintingYou is instantiated for some type U, e.g. VS2010 does not construct   
   the PrintMe object via    
   this technique.
