   I would like to clarify that *I* neither said "huge" nor "difficult" :-)   
      
   I said "nobody is required to gulp down *the whole* (...) in one go",   
   and indeed it wouldn't make much sense IMHO, taking [the   
   whole](http://en.cppreference.com/w/cpp) in one go.
