   Not as far as I know. You'd simply not make use of any non-standard   
   headers or libraries. Create a C++ Win32 Console project, check the   
   empty box in application settings, and have at it.   
      
   I wouldn't think MS completely and totally implemented the new standard   
   or even the old standard. There are surely a few things here and there   
   that aren't compliant, but they've been getting better with each release.
