   N.B. All considerations mentioned herein affect ISO/IEC 14882:2003. It would   
      
   be interesting (though labour-consuming ;) to come to know about what the   
   new Standard prescribes as regards the template instantiation model. So,   
   does anyone have an accurate picture on how that matter is regulated in
