   I have following function:
   void myfunction (int &a , bool g )
   {
    if(g)
    {
    int k = a;
    }
   }

   int main()
   {
    int * ptr = NULL;
    myfunction(*ptr, false);

   }

   Is passing null to a reference legal? What standard has to say about
   this ?
