About the "lazy C++" tool ... It does not work with lots of C++. Most
annoyingly it has difficulties with namespaces and nested names in general.
It will fail to qualify most nested names properly in generated .cpp file.
That results with code that does not compile. On the other hand the files
can/must contain some new preprocessor directives and the #include
directives are needed anyway. Unsure if the tool makes life simpler or
   more difficult.

How to integrate such code generator(s) / preprocessor(s) into particular
build system depends on build system that you use. You did not name it.
It is however very likely that people have already asked/answered similar
questions about your build system several times in places like
   stackoverflow.
