   Look at list of all projects that use C++/CLI as primary language   
   in SourceForge, GitHub and Launchpad. So few? It is entirely   
   *constructed* for confusion since programmers avoid using it.   
      
   Do programmers make business decisions in Utah? Then you are safe,   
   no one needs to write C++/CLI there. Elsewhere it is a trap for   
   ignorant manager not for programmer.
