   Again, if you had watched the video (or read the script you requested)   
   you would have known that [a] a LOC TSV is *not* what Libreoffice   
   provides and [b] every CSV *without* "," as delimiter is *technically*   
   not a (RFC 4180) CSV - since it doesn't comply to that standard.   
      
   But true, it can be considered a IANA TSV - provided it doesn't double   
   quotes. It's late, I haven't tested this yet. But I'll report back in   
   the morning.
