   A backgrounder   
    on how the new Apple TV   
   animated logo was done. A model was made out of actual sheets of glass,   
   and lights were shone through this. No CG, no AI.   
      
   I think there was some digital compositing, since the multilayer,   
   multicolour part of the effect could not have been done in a single   
   physical space, even with multiple copies of that part of the model.
