   It's Rochester, so it's either military, aviation or space, and it might   
   be mostly for one customer.  They often will have a single customer willing   
   to put an obsolete item into production for a lifetime buy, and then they   
   put some more in stock while they are at it.   
      
   These are customers for whom engineering changes are very difficult and   
   usually require recertification (and sometimes even revalidation) so they   
   are willing to pay a lot to avoid a change.
