   You mean the lack of a functioning FM radio or the crippled Qualcomm modem?   
   Or do you mean Apple removing the industry-standard versatile 3.5mm jack?   
      
   Maybe you mean the lack of an sd slot for portable storage (which there   
   isn't any other viable solution known to smartphones than that sd card).   
      
   Or, by "evidence" do you mean the loss of the correct charger in the box?   
   Or maybe, by "evidence" you mean the laughably puny substandard batteries?   
      
   What is it, exactly, you mean by evidence of Apple removing functionality   
   so that Apple can better control the available options remaining to you?

   It doesn't really matter what insane excuses you can fabricate for each of   
   the very many sequential losses of rather critical functionality, nospam.   
      
   Whether it's courageous, or green or nobody wants it and nobody needs it.
