   Many will be, but not all.

   No-one is claiming that. Being sued lots doesn't imply anything other than   
   you're nice juicy target.   
      
   What large company would you deem as "ethical"?

   How was it unethical? They made a decision which they thought was a benefit   
   to users: stop the phone crashing. They should have managed it better and   
   perhaps done it differently. It wasn't unethical IMO.

   Americans prefer small government and this is the consequence. Shareholders   
   and the bottom line is prioritised over customers. Don't like it? Vote
