   You are truly an idiot. Today I "gave" my phone number to a site for   
   2FA, a grocery store to earn gas rebate points, my bank for 2FA, and the   
   Civil Air Patrol for 2FA. It's a daily occurrence. Plus, my SSN was   
   scraped off a site last week along with millions of others. Worried? Not   
   really. Credit is approval is frozen and has been for years.
