   I have a problem with a featire in Mail since iPadOS 26. It also appears in   
   Messenger.app, and possibly in others that I haven't encountered.   
      
   Before 26 there was an arrow at the bottom right of incoming message, this   
   sort of shape. ↰ Clicking it produced a pop-up menu that enabled me to mark   
   the message as read/unread, to reply etc.   
      
   iPadOS 26 has moved to a little block at the bottom left. I don't have a   
   problem with that, but it isn't visible most of the time. I have to fiddle   
   with the window to get it to appear.   
      
   Messenger app has a similar problem when I wsnt to send picture from Photos. I   
   click the appropriate icon, the sub window from which I select the photo   
   appears. I select the photo(s) - snd there is no Send button! Again, it can be   
   recovered by fiddling with the window..   
      
   This annoys me.   
      
   I believe it to be associated with this "clever" new way of mnipulsting   
   windows in 26, which I do not understand although I hsve experimented with it.   
   (It is not present in IOS on my iPhone.) If there is a way of disabling it, I   
   hsven't found it yet.   
      
   Has anyone else seen this or know of a fix?
