   Yeah, we all dealt with the Lotus/Intel/Microsoft Expanded Memory   
   Specification in the olden days in order to add extra memory to DOS PCs in

   Now the paradigm is you buy a phone with 64GB of storage which can easily   
   fit a thousand apps, so most people would be perfectly happy with that.   
      
   Then you add an sd card of whatever capacity is cheapest at the moment.

   But then, as portable storage gets cheaper by the day, you double it.

   Just as in the LIM EMS days, there are clever tricks which intelligent

   With that single clever trick, you can swap out storage at will!

   And all your apps (installed in the permanent storage area) work fine!

   Apple knew they wouldn't be able to sell their cloud services and their   
   expensive internal memory since all you need is 64GB for any phone.   
      
   But most Android phones make full use of the portable memory sd cards!   
      
   The question here, is how many programs do you have on your 64GB phone?
