   Nope, those are two rather different things.  A EULA is to describe what   
   duties you have to the manufacturer, while a warranty describes when not to   
   call the manufacturer when your device breaks down.   
      
   Oh, you though either of them would say anything* that would benefit the   
   user ?  Silly you. :-)
