So you can argue and fuck in privacy.              The morons in the New Zealand government want to increase housing       density as a "solution" to the supposed "housing shortage", which means       more apartment buildings ... but they the companies marketing them       can't sell the ones they've already got. There are numerous "deals"       trying to get people to buy an apartment and some companies selling       them have gone bankrupt and others have dropped planned developments.       Plus there's all the issues of the body corporate fees, etc. The       reality is that almost nobody here wants to live in an apartment. Most       of the ones that do sell are bought or rented by the few less wealthy       asian immigrants and foreign students who are more used to living in       such buildings in high-population cities like Tokyo.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
