   I used to run LA to Denver straight through. I'd get into Denver Sunday   
   afternoon, back into the dock for the Monday delivery, have supper and get   
   a good night sleep. Legally I should have been twiddling my thumbs for 8   
   hours in Salina UT or some other fascinating place.
