   Just to clarify, I hadn't heard of this app, so I thank the OP for pointing   
   it out, since it's open source, free, adfree & regfree, which is good.   
      
   It does NOT do screen recording or video streaming (AFAICT).   
   But it is a dashcam recorder & splitter.

   Bear in mind it's a splitter; not a looper.   
      
   That is, it "auto splits" when the file gets large, but doesn't delete the   
   old file. Unlike dedicated dashcam apps, FadCam doesn't yet have a   
   "overwrite oldest file" mode.   
      
   In case you install it, like I did, the non-negotiable TOCs are hilarious.
