   In general, returns in Europe suck compared to the USA.   
      
   That's because customer support is a USA thing.   
   Not so much in Europe.   
      
   Name the company that you had no problem returning things years later.   
      
   If it's a USA company, then you just proved my point.   
   If it's NOT a USA company, let me know & I'll check out their policy.   
      
   Let's see the facts.

   2. Name how long you had the product before you returned it.
