   I don't disagree that Trump is a shitshow, but Biden being senile was also.   
      
   Picking a vagina, simply because she was a vagina, was also a shitshow.   
      
   And all the games they play with the budget (having passed only 3 of the   
   necessary 12 to date) is a shitshow that Congress created in 1974.   
      
   Congress created this budget-impasse shitshow in 1974 in response to   
   Nixon's budgetary abuses, so now there is no federal spending on the 12   
   areas until they're passed by Congress by October 1st each fiscal year.   
      
   Like the filibuster before it, it's a game Congress plays in the USA.   
      
   Congress makes the rules.   
   Congress creates the problem.   
   And only Congress can solve the problem.   
      
   I agree, it's a shit show.   
   But for FREEDOM, you can't beat the USA.
