   Here it is used even by Swiss insurance companies. And banks.   
      
   You do not want to use WhatsApp? Fine, but you do have a problem; for   
   example, the plumber that you asked to fix your dripping tap will ask   
   for a photo in WhatsApp of it. It is just a fact of life that here about   
   everybody uses it.
